To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftCareer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SwiftCareer at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the app. Your continued use of SwiftCareer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
